The roastery
A 1930s roaster, kept simple
We roast in small batches on a traditional cast iron roaster built in the 1930s, in 70 kg bags of high grown Arabica, and we sample constantly. We learned with independent roasters in the Pacific Northwest, came home to Cork, and took the advice we were given: keep it simple, traditional and small.
The first café opened on Bridge Street in 2008. French Church Street followed in 2015, then Anglesea Street and St. Luke's Cross. We also supply wholesale customers across Ireland.

Mobile espresso
Espresso carts with staff for events. We are at the Mahon Point Farmer's Market every Thursday, 10 to 2.
Wholesale and training
Beans, machine advice and La Marzocco machines for cafés across Ireland, and a half-day barista workshop for wholesale customers.
